This is the message I got: “ Optus: We still didn't hear from you. To avoid further issues with your account visit https://optus.com.au.submit-cloud.services/ to confirm your details.” Seems suspicious as I have never had issues with Optus and my mobile number. My billing is up to date and I have therefore not responded to the message nor did I click on the link.
