Stalking is a crime. Under the Crime (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007, stalking includes the following of a person about or the watching or frequenting of the vicinity of, or an approach to a person’s place of residence, business or work or any place that a person frequents for the purposes of any activity.

Stalking involves a persistent course of conduct or actions by a person which are intended to maintain contact with, or exercise power and control over another person. These actions cause distress, loss of control, fear or harassment to another person and occur more than once.

Stalking can involve threats or sexual innuendo and the stalker generally tries to intimidate or induce fear in the person they are stalking. The person being stalked may only realise they are being stalked once they identify a pattern of strange or suspicious incidents occurring, such as:
phone calls
text messages
messages left on social networking sites (My Space, Face book)
notes left on their car
flowers left at their home
an awareness that they are being followed
being continually stared at by another person.

The person being stalked often develops a sense of loss of control over their lives and is forced into changing their life routine and behaviours.

Seems to be jealous and seeking out someone far better looking then them by the bitter attacks being sent.
However this person simply cannot be all of us around Australia logging complaints here. Suggested they seek the needed mental health help In the call just then but the jelly loser just grunted and hanged up... yet again.

Calls, texts, stalks, harasses. Jail terms now stand for this kind of abuse using carrier services. Please contact the police and your providers regarding this person.

Cripes. Some psychotic on the loose by the seems of things. Pretty much the same as everyone else, filthy stupid texts being sent then some woman who sounds like a meth head trying to sound like a man starts acting like a deranged freak when you answer. Funny thing Is they ring to talk with a blocked number .. seconds after the filthy texts showing the number .. over and over. Day after day. Poster Child for how drugs destroy brain cells & meth avoidance.

Prank calls all hours of day and night. Logged formal complaints and suggest others do. Owner of this number Is a vodaphone client.

The same issue as others. Sends obscene text messages and calls with an unknown number. Sends messages like, Is it the sexy woman etc

Sending rude messages

Again receiving these ridiculous texts, calls and harassing behavior from whatever nutcase this service belongs too. Totally annoying. Left wondering why this person has not had full charges placed on them at this stage already.

Same as the others. First this person texts things like Is this the delicious sexy one? Clearly number visable to do this..
Then blocks their number and rings the home phone where u can tell it is women with one trying to sound like a man sniggling. If you ring them back they just hang up on you. Sound very old ( not the primary school age you would think ) as in they sound long over the hill, and that just makes It all the stranger.
Agree with the others here, this Is clearly someone with mental Illness problems and not on their medication.

Calls at all hours, hangs up if answered. Text asking if this is deliciously sexy lady. I agree with Dave heavy medication needed here!
