i bought a property off this company and i got ripped off,the house had 65 pages of defects and nothing was ever fixed,i am still rectifying at my own expence 2 years later,they r criminals

KB Homes (Illawarra) contractors don't have proper building licenses. Had my inspector come back with over 30 defects. When we asked Jared Benaru (BANGARU) for a scope of work, he made its very difficult and did not give any scope or provide an license details of the contractors who will carry out the repairs. Karl or Carl Morgan isn't licensed and is the main guy of contact, he's pretty much Jared's monkey. You will never see Jared onsite

They have this circle where KB Homes have their own dodgy tradesman who do under the table deals for each other. I have heard of so many stuff ups in Brooks Terrace area where they have to keep coming back because the dont fix the issue the first time.

I've been working for this bloke for over three years, worked in over 100 townhouses. Never ripped me off. Don't think his old man has anything to do with it. Jared is a good man, just a young guy having a go. Don't see how he is defrauding anyone.

KB Home are building my new home. a block of 10 villas. seems to be coming along nicley. in fact due to my site auditing every afternoon after work. KB home forman Karl Morgan has been sacked due to not properly perfomring fire rated wall construction. and a sub contract bulider Nova Constructions has since been awarded the job. no fraud here just a bad foreman. KB happy to change their path to get a better result

the person in charge and acting as supervisor on those bad jobs was Ragunathan Govender now working for multi cool air conditioning on a project for Parkview at Wentworth Point

ASIC on the other hand have been notified of all this and have done absolutely nothing about it.
