Phone but did not leave a message, when I called back I got a message saying incoming call restrictions. Have now blocked the number.

I answered call within four rings caller hung up when I said hello

I just received this number on my phone 1st time today. My phone is set up for automatic block and fraudsters. when it rang, it showed in red potential fraud or scam call & blocked it, so it automatically hangs up on them! Good for me to know. I also don't answer anyone that shows private number
