Caller: It was through text message Fake text message from this number saying my iTunes account restricted and to enter details I contacted Apple and they said it FAKE DONOT OPEN DELETE IF YOU RECEIVE MESSAGE BELOW And block number iTunes - Your Apple ID has been restricted. To restore your services, please visit https://itunes.apple.com.renew-account.services/ to confirm your details.

Caller: SCAM SCAM - beware. Text says "iTunes - Your Apple ID has been restricted. To restore your service, please visit https://itunes.apple.com.renew-account-services/ to confirm your details"
Notice that there is a dot (".") after "apple.com", not a slash... they are NOT apple.com.
