Calls continuously, no message - have blocked

Constantly calling but when you call back number is not connected. When will the police stop these f*** scammers from spoofing Australian phone numbers? This number has called me about 12 times a day for the past 2 days but no one is on the other end when you answer, they never leave messages and you can't return their call. Well and truly sick of these dodgy f'wits. I'm getting up to 100 calls a day from similar numbers and I'm on the DO NOT CALL Register! Clearly our Happy Clappy clusterf*ck Government is too incompetent to stop these overseas scammers

I received 3 missed calls from this number over the space of an hour. I called it back and reached a message-bank. A pre-recorded message from a mother apologised and stated that her daughter's phone is randomly calling people and they are trying to fix it.
