Caller: Scammer Called at 10:30pm when I was asleep. A voice mail was left in Chinese so I translated it to English via google. The messsge stated “Hello FedEx, your mail delivery has been unsuccessful for many times. For inquires, please press 1, for inquiries please press 1”.
