Caller: Overseas Call Centre

Calling pretending to be from VISA saying that someone had tried to use my account to make purchases overseas. Interesting to note that it was quite noisy in the background and I could here the same story being told by others......they hung up because they couldn't hear my responses...... Mirroring a number from Australia??
