My mobile rang and when I answered it the called dropped immediately. I rang them back on a work phone and it was picked up and I could hear australian accent ladies talking and laughing in the background. The phone was not actually answered, just taken off hook and left while they chatted between themselves. Sounds to me like one of those call back scams that charge you super high rates to call them back for nothing.
