I had a similar message from a different telephone number a few days beforehand and as I was waiting for a delivery I clicked the link but became suspicious when I was asked to pay $2.
When I carefully looked at the link it referred to IPS Parcel Service and it did not identify the item which I had ordered. Obviously important to pay attention and exercise some scrutiny to all emails and texts.

I don't know who they are and I don't know where they got my number. My number is for medial reasons and for personal business.
