Scam caller - asking for details for bank to cover " Toll Fees "

Every day for the last 6 days I have received an MMS to download from this number. I don't open it because I don't know who sent it or why and it seems suspicious that there is no message attached. I've searched reverse call and no reports on that number but today on just a general search it came up from a Poland all info website.
