Caller: Batsaikhan (Bruce) Enkhbayar We completed a bond clean on this guys apartment, which was done in under 24 hours from his request. The place wasn't empty of his belongings, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and this guy still had the nerve to try and not pay.
I would advise others not to go through the pain of doing any work for this guy unless he pays you 100% upfront.
