Scam. Some sort of Robocall - Electronic voice telling you that they are from Ebay. someone wants to deduct $299 from my card etc. They then say that you can stop this by....

An Asian girl (sounded like an Indian) pretended that she was from a phone company and tried to sell you different plans but when I called back heard a message saying the number was disconnected. They are low life scammers, find them and report them to authorities.
