Possible ring-back scam?

They phoned after 5pm Australian time. Asked for me by name. I said I was - but careful not to say Yes as that's a common trick. They asked for my name and so I asked first who they were and they refused to say until I identified myself. I then told them I believed they were a prank call and hung up. There was a long silent delay when I initially answered before anyone spoke.
