Strongly suspect this is a spam call. Purports to be from “The Australian NBN” and claims disconnection will occur within 24 hours, It started offering numbers to press for various responses, but theree’s one small problem.
I am not the person listed as the account holder here and the account is not associated with my phone number.
Not to mention this is purportedly from a mobile number yet it’s got a robo voice. Highly suspect this is a spam caller that’s going to ask for CC info if you follow through with the call. I hung up pretty much straight away. But would suggest being wary of any such call from this number.
