No message was left. The number owner does building construction in a different jurisdiction with no known connections to myself - Project Civil Group, so the number was possibly hijacked.

I don't know who this was, but I listened to the voicemail and he knew my name, he was calling me by my name. odd.

After no spam calls for a long time this number called me, I answered the call but did not say anything. They hung up after a couple seconds without saying anything
I visited new websites today looking for an emergency vet and also online education. I would absolutely not be receiving contact from these sites or have any unsaved numbers I have to assume from one of those sites my information or cookies or whatever has been taken

Received a text message saying I missed a call but no record in my calls that I missed the call. When I called back, didn't go through and imminently it hung up.
