Caller: Call centre (foreign) spoofing this Victorian number

After listening to their flexible sob stories appealing to your sense of decency, they record your voice and eventually ask for your visa card details (they almost always already have your name and address) and the best thing you can do is to hang up and block their number. Be very wary of all unknown numbers after this call. Scammers trade answerable phone numbers for money via their dark webs.
