Had my name but other details were wrong

Caller: Off Bargain?

Someone called twice from this number. No message was left. I called back and there was a recorded message which said that I'd been called to discuss offers for gas and electricity. I think that the company name mentioned was, Off Bargain.

Caller: Some idiot called frank

Tried to get me on Electricity and asked him how the scam works. He got annoyed and the line went dead.
