Scam call

Similar numbers call every day. Didn’t answer and no message left.

Been calling me for a year will not stop even with the number being blocked,they know when a number is blocked so why so persistent hoping the one day you drop your guard.

Caller: I don't know

Just hello and when I said hello they hung up on me

If nothing else calls from this number are persistent, in view of other comments, number blocked.

Didn't appear as a call, appeared in my messages as a missed message but non left. Getting too many of these, is this do not call register working? Checked all the comments here (thanks) and blocked the number.

Now nearly a year later this number is still active and bugging us

Caller: Claimed to be Care Flight

Very polite woman who identified herself by name, looking for donation to Care Flight but could only sign up with her on phone, not via their website.

As for the second lot of comments

I got this caller today who didn't leave a message for this number. Know it must be yet another scammer which the other people here have confirmed. Come on Optus stop these scammers in their tracks!

Hung up immediately. Surely in addition to complaining here, there's a way to report this number to Telstra so they can accumulate all the reports and realise it's clearly a nuisance number that needs to be disconnected?!?

They call me around midday every day. As soon as I pick up they hand up. I have blocked them now.

I get daily calls from this number, even though I'm on the "do not call register " have blocked the number but they still call, so sick of these telemarketing calls.

Fundraising scumbags. Not the first time they’ve called. Have told them I’m not interested but they still keep on called. I told them I’m reporting the calls. Then the person abused me on the call.
