Caller: Scammer The man who answered sounded like he had an Indian accent. He told me was from “Belstar” my service provider. I asked if he cold repeat that. He sounded a bit agitated and then l asked if he could spell it. He got angry. I then hung up. We have no such provider. I then turned my phone recognition off and phoned this number as did my husband. We got a total of 4 failed calls over a period of time. My advice. Please block this number.
