I get 3+ calls everyday from this number after being asked to take me off the list!! Not happy!

I too filled inan online quote for insurance. And that's what I wanted -- an online quote. Instead I got a message a rep will call you soon. I do not wont a rep to call but that's what I'm getting. I have had 16 calls in 5 days. I have answered 5 of those calls to be hung up on 3 times and placed on hold twice. You called me do not place me on hold. I'm on the DNCR but unfortunately I know technically I 'invited' you to call-- BUT I didn't , I wanted an online quote!! I will call the 13 number and see what happens. Not very happy!!

this number keeps calling then hanging up,really starting to piss me off...

They call EVERY SINGLE DAY! Atleast once! & when I do answer, they say nothing! Its disgusting! My partner gets even more calls! This HAS TO STOP!!! So angry!!!

They keep ringing me early in the morning and when I answer they hang up! this has happened 4 times which prompted me to look up their number so it was no surprise that it was Insurance Line!

How do i stop getting calls from this number. its annoying. I am getting atleast 5-6 calls a day from this no.

I get calls from them up to 10 times a day even after I have asked them to stop and have myself on the DNC register.

Just called 138898 and hope the calls will stop now. Get one call every day and no on there when I answer

They call me at least once a day. I have put that number in my mobile as ignore. So I don't answer the call but this is getting ridiculous..

they were harasing me continually on both my mobile and landline. I read on here the number to ring which i did. Call 138898 customer care. I dont get the calls anymore

MAKE A COMPLAINT,, THEY HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED ON NUMEROUS OCCASSION ABOUT CALLING PEEPS ON THE dnc.... AND THEY CAN'T CALL AT THIS TIME.. BELIEVE ME

Yes I have a complaint . (03) 9945 7300?They call my home phone and as I do not want to listen to them try to sell me something I hung up so the prick rings my mobile I answer and he hangs up on me .I did not ask them to call me and dont want them to call me .

The most disgusting emotional abusers out there; they haven't cheated enough people with their fear mongering advertisements, so they call people on the DNC register.

Oh, and don't hang up on the rude creatures that inhabit THIS call centre. I have a gorgeous voicemail from John at InsuranceLine, and now I'm considering legal action.

These people are an embarrassment to humanity.

Since Friday 10/05/2013 I have had 5 calls a day on both my mobile and house phone. If I answer it hangs up NOT HAPPY it is very annoying when I am at work.

I understand your concerns but you guys are not addressing the issue in the right way.
Call on 138898 from the same number on which you are receiving and register for DNC.
They don't make unsolicited calls, you guys might have agreed to receive a phone call(from a third party) or filled an online survey.
The employees are customers like yourself once they step outside the office. Show some respect and call 138898 for DNC.
