MonDial called on behalf of the Heart Research Institute - despite me communicating multiple times to remove me from their listings.

Weird. As this number called me twice. When I replied the second time, they said something but did not understand it and they hung up. Thanks for the above comments guys. Will try to avoid or report this call

Have had two calls from numbers with prefix (03)992377. Have blocked these numbers. A legitimate caller will leave a msg. These didn't.

Called on a Saturday. Left a message of distorted voices, muffled recording in the background. Almost like a CB radio background noise?
