My wife was scammed by these guys, so i took them to VCAT and recovered 100% of everything i paid them over a 13 month period. Have a read of the court order. You will not see a more damming review of any business from a conservative judge.

If i was a morally challenged employee of theirs i would be jumping ship as they will not be in business for much longer. I am sure this precedent will create a tidal wave of disgruntled customers taking the same action.

Good luck, don't tolerate being ripped off by these con artists.

Spoke to a guy from Capital Print Solutions that said they had taken over Corporate Office Supplies and I had to take another 12 cartridges.

Capital Print Solutions then sent me an invoice for a product i didnt order and wouldnt take the stock back. they then offered me a product voucher in which they said i had no option other than to take one or the other.

STAY AWAY FROM CAPITAL PRINT SOLUTIONS THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! I FOUND THIS NEWSPAPER ARTICLE OF THEM SELLING 1700 YEARS OF PRINTER CARTRIDGES

ahhh... The dreaded Better Image. Run by Melbourne's shadiest family, aka The "Pegoli's". Just threaten legal action next time they call, they've already been investigated by Victorian police back in 2011. Check it out... its online!
If they claim that you still have product vouchers or any orders placed on hold for what ever stupid reason they come up with, when you know that in fact you DO NOT? Just tell the person on the phone to put Leo Pegoli on the phone to speak with you as you have a representative from the Corruption and Crime Comission (from whatever state you live in)on hold waiting to have a chat with him.
Trust me... they'll never harass you ever again!!

This company borders on harrassment - they constantly call even after being asked no to - I just ignore the number when they ring now - I got 3 calls today and would say they call ever other day.

Hey I'm a reporter for The Australian and am looking in to this - would love to hear from people that have been the recipients of cold calls from printer consumables companies.

These were the most rude and arrogant people I have ever had the displeasure to answer my telephone to. Firstly, I am a PRIVATELY LISTED RESIDENTIAL number who is registered on the "DO NOT CALL REGISTER". Secondly, they do not identify themselves or their company and thirdly from everything that I am reading are the biggest con artists currently going!

Sample complaints we have found for (03) 9910 5300

Scandal is right. The Better Image are selling faulty recyled toner which we have just discoverd have wrecked TWO printers. They conned us into buying $12,000 worth of toner and are refusing to allow us to return the $9,000 we still have on hand which were delivered and charged to a credit card using desceptive techniques. Now that we have discovered that their leaking recycled cartridges are faulty we are looking to take action. Is anyone in the same boat?

PS

I've made the mistake of buying from them once. Now they call me at least once every few weeks even though I told them I won't be needing any more for the rest of the year. Their ink is nothing special, the prices are not competitive and the ink doesn't last long despite their claims of it being high yield. Last time they told me that they will be sending me a Coles Myer gift card because I was a good customer, free gift card? No worries I agreed to that. Then they called back (someone else this time) that day to confirm my order of 8 ink cartridges. Excuse me, when did I place that order? The rep told me that I had to confirm this order in order to receive the gift card. Of course I said nice try but no thanks, you can keep your gift card. This was just one of many sales tricks that they use. I would suggest people to register their number on the Do Not Call Registry and hope TBI stops harassing you.

are you telling me someone is making 20 grand a month selling printer cartridges and annoying my company?

im calling the ACCC

So, this is still going on... These morally challenged individuals have a special part of hell set aside for them. You know, like in Little Nicky, the movie... Where Hitler has his appointment with the devil for his special "daily pineapple"... If you haven't seen it, you should.

elissa

ring me and hang up twice - very annoying
