Caller: Unsolicited call to DNC number

Indian sounding lady called from "Smart Australia Water Services" (which isn't a thing or registered in Australia), offering a 'special government subsidy' to install a water saving electrical water heater. Unfortunately I have gas heating which is MONEY SAVING, and because I am on the Do Not Call Register, and asked her where she got my number she hanged up before I could ask her hand in marriage, or where I should send a bag full of fleas and pig dung to torment her like the other thirty solar power calls I have already received today.
If you are the owner of this number, maybe you have been hacked and your callerID spoofed. I don't know, but please do not call again - bothering your customers to distraction is NOT a good business strategy to win sales and influence potential customers.
