Received a Chinese pre-recorded message. Unable to understand it. Unsure of how this number received my details?

I just got a call from this number as well, a machine message in lady's voice said you have an important document in Australian consule and asks me to press 8 to transfer to reception. I was silly and pressed 8, a young man's voice asks my full name, and after that he asked me if this is your real name. I said yes. Then he said wait let me check for you. Then he hung up. I called back it's only busy tone. Are they trying to steal money from my credit card?

It's a recorded female voice message in Mandarin claiming to be a final courtesy call from Global Express Courier. Definitely a SCAM!

Recorded message in Mandarin claiming to be calling from "the Australian embassy" (why would the AUSTRALIAN embassy be speaking in Chinese FFS) and there is an important document to be claimed. Did not bother listening to the rest of the drivel.
