rang me today asking questions about my telstra phone service however didnt sound very professional, sounded more like a prank call from a ditzy girl.

i got a call too but i missed it. no message.

this number keeps calling me but hangs up when i answer it it hapens at least 2 times a day but today it hapend 4 times and i have had enough

I have missed three calls from this number in the last two days.  No message is left.  The number is a Melbourne, Australian number by the look of it.  03 is the Melbourne area code and 9862 6400 is a land line number, not a mobile. It should be traceable.
