I have always loved jeans west but after the last couple of times going into your Cranbourne store,the girls have always been so friendly and helpful new staff are rude no help couldn't be bothered definitely no customer service.Very disappointed will be shopping elsewhere.

I have had dealings with the area manager for the store here in Bundaberg... suffice to say that she needs some training in customer service. Very rude - disgusting attitude and she has a vile way of talking to people.

Writing in regards to a member of staff at the Singleton store. I went into the shop to enquire about any job vacancies. The way in which I was spoken to was utterly disgusting. I was made to feel completely demoralised and embarrassed. Pure rudeness.

I was on your Wetheral park store yesterday and had the most plea sent experience I've had in a long time! This staff members name was Sharmaine and she seemed to be working alone and was very busy with many customers in the store. She had an amazing manner and was extremely helpful and made me feel good about myself. She didn't know this but I'm going through bad times and she just mad my day. Thanks so much jeanswest for employing and training fantastic staff.
