Caller: Says they're Telstra

Says the call is coming from Melbourne, Australia so I looked up the number after it rang out and it's connected to some Performing Arts school? But the voicemail that was left was an automated voice claimed to be Telstra, they said they were going to cut my internet and phone line. Bit sketchy, don't know why it's connected to a Performing Arts school but still scamming people with that number.
