I had a similar experience. Customer service was terrible. Very rude. Didn't introduce himself to me when he looked at my car. I had front end and side panel damage. Once it was fixed the panels didn't line up properly and noticed spots in the paint work where it hadn't covered. My dash had a crack in it from the accident but he claimed that it wouldn't have happened from the accident and that it must of been there prior. On completion of the car when I was to pick it up I didn't even have anyone come out with me to explain what work had been done. Overall totally disgusted with how I was treated and the workmanship was poor to say the least. Would not recommend this business. I used this panel beater because it was recommended by the insurance company. Big mistake!!!

Terrible experience. Dodgy work and then when it was raised with them they made it out that I made the damage post repair, even though they had photos disputing same...... Beware!!!!

Firstly it took three days just to book a time for them to look at my car, and even when I came around for it I had to wait another half hour because the person doing the assessment was not in.
A simple request of a quote was too much for them. I had to call them nearly every two days for three weeks, with excuses of “we’re one person down”, “can’t contact your insurance company” to simply not getting back to me. They finally told me we simply just fix it and send your insurance company the bill. Because I had a company car we had to use this company and I had to book my car in, which they didn’t have an opening for another week.
Now, all my car required was a new front bumper bar, which I was told it would be 3-4 days. When I had put my car in I requested if I could get it back in three days. Since no one got back to me, I stared my calling again which ended up a daily call. And eventually they said there was more damage than they thought which made their initial assessment worthless. And left me without a car for over a week.
Once promised a date, I called that morning to make sure it was still going to be correct and was informed they were still waiting on parts, needless to say this really pissed me off and but they said I can have it 4:30 in the afternoon.
When I had gone to pick it up they were expecting me to pay for the excess, regardless that my company had paid it to the insurance company, which resulted in an hour wait and me getting my car them just wanting me out of there.
In summary, they are the most unhelpful and unorganised company I ever encountered with extremely poor customer service.
