Caller: Appointment hound

Many seconds delay, Indian woman said name is Manpreet calling from Telstra Business and asked to speak to person who looks after Telstra account.
I asked what information she has about my Telstra account.
She said none, calling from a call centre, does not have that information.
I wondered how she could have known that I had a Telstra account if she has no such information.
She then started pushing for me to set a time for someone to come to my office to meet me.
I refused that, told her to take my number off her list and terminated the call.
I tried calling the same number back. Not connected.
