Caller said he was with Sky Solar.
I'm on the Do Not Call register so I lodged a complaint with ACMA.

I received another call from this number (03) 9747 8160 something about a Solar Panel Rebate from the Government??? when informed that I already have solar panels they virtually called me a liar, since the initial call I have received approximately 20 calls from this number over the past 5 weeks very annoying. The second call I received from this mob the person would not take "no I'm not interested" they kept talking as I was hanging up. I have rang the ACCC to report the call, they just inform you that it's a scam and to not answer the phone when they call but sometimes the number comes up as private and so you answer the phone it's them.

dont know who it was i have a digital display and the phone is set on silent that way i know who is ringing and i google the number and that tells me who it is. i would not ring back as you may receive a huge phone bill and there is nothing you can do because you rang that number so be careful it could run up to thousands of $ that you cant pay.

asked for me on a Saturday afternoon, something to do with solar panels, I have them already. spoke with an accent.

tried to sell me solar panels rebate than asked my age then I hung up on him

Two calls tonight and they hung up when the answer machine kicked in!

I have tried to call back.. doesn't sound like a call centre when it rings, but they know to hang up when voicemail is about to start

Yet another annoying hang up when the answering machine kicks in. Has happened a few times from this "private" number, yet when I call it back I get a recording that "my call cannot be connected. Please hang up and try again".
