Delay before they speak. Sounds like some sort of call center. Asking for a person by name but dont even know the correct name or its back to front etc or using a name that sounds familiar. Foreign voice. I'm starting to get really angry with these people now because every time you ask them questions they hang up. When you try to call back no one picks up the phone. I even said to take me off of any list I might be on. Didnt work. They call me sometimes twice a week from different numbers. Got to be some sort of scam.
