I've never heard such nonsense - a call from the "computer department". Apparently it isn't a department that's part of anything but it's the one that provides software. And all of my computers, although I actually only have one, have a software problem and I need to turn one of them on and tell the nonsense-spouting dimwit what I see .... (I said I could see a photo of a bird, which was actually true, and she started to get quite cross.) I wasted as much of her time as I could tolerate.
This is probably a spoofed phone number and it's being used by scammers.
