Recorded message stating: 'Your bank account will be debited $349 for your E-Bay purchase, press 1 to speak to one of our representatives' I waited a couple of seconds and the call disconnected. I have not made any purchases on E-Bay. This, I believe this was a scam call on a phishing expedition. The phone number was last found in 2003.
