But they told me that my landline and internet were being cut off as NBN was available in the area now. Told me they were putting me through to the technician.
when the "technician" came on, the line was thankfully so broken that I could hear nothing but an accent from a central asain country.
Interestingly there was an earlier call from (03) 8622 6169 that is one of those calls whereby they hang up as soon as you answer.
