Caller: Some bullsh*t scam about false charges on my visa card.

They tell you there have been suspicious charges to your visa card and refer to a purchase of a gift card. Then you are to press #1 to cancel the charge and #2 to authorise it.
It's very obviously a scam as they don't even mention a bank or any issuer of the card they are talking about.
