  I picked up the phone and heard music breifly before the line switched over... this is an obvious sign that it is an automatically system generated call...
  I always hang up in this instance - system generated calls are easy to identify by the delay in switching over lines at the caller end when you pick up the call.

  I am also receiving a LOT of annoying calls from that number and they Never leave a message so I don't know who the hell they are!

  We managed to intercept a call from this number today.  The caller told us that it was a marketing call from Telstra.  We asked him to remove our number from all of their tele-marketing lists.
