My car's blu-tooth hands free answered this call but when I saw that the number had a 03 prefix (Victoria) I cancelled it. When I returned home I called the number back and was informed by my phone carrier that the number is disconnected. It sounds like a stupid question but how the heck can a call be made from a disconnected phone?

Suspicious - very likely to be an attempt at a scam.
