Caller: AGL Their arrogant COMPLAINTS TEAM. I escalated a complaint to Energy/Water OMBUDSMAN and stated for AGL to respond via email, whereas AGL always try to entrap you by wanting to control/manipulate a phone conversation. ALWAYS require them to write/email their responses - that way you can hold them to their lies and weaselling excuses!!
