That's hugely funny, me too, I always challenge these ligit companies who call and ask that question for personal details, and offer to them that in the current scamming global environment, they really need to change their operating model. Otherwise I ask for a personal contact number of theirs so I can call them back.

LEGIT AGL phone number. I threatened to disconnect my service as they rudely wanted me to do their job for them change my plan over and refuse to give me a paper bill when I stated I was okay with paying the fee for the bill. They've been trying to say face since so yes it's legitimately AGL

Will not stop calling. Called 15 times in 24 hours. Called AGL to be taken off the product marketing call list, and the calls keep coming.

Can confirm also this was AGL. They had a special offer for NBN and mobile. I was skeptical so and didn't accept the offer and called AGL myself to check and they confirmed it was legit. They didn't ask for my personal details, they actually read them out to me and they'd even call me back after I did my scam checks.

Called me 3 times in a span of 5 hours- spam

Called me with details of a deal after a few minutes of talking asked her to email me the details and she hung up. Called AGL asking why they stated they had no record of anyone calling me from AGL

I have AGL in my phone contacts and it's not the same number. If you are a customer then they shouldn't be asking you for your details. They should already have your details. Ring AGL directly and make a complaint.

Said they were from Microsoft- swore at me and verbally abused me when I said it was a scam.

This number tryed to call it rang once I tryed to call them back and it rang then it went to engaged tone I tryed to call them 6 times

Didn't get a chance to answer. Phone rang once & then stopped. Showed "suspected spam".
I had spoken to AGL (if it in fact them) earlier in the day regarding a different matter.
People seriously have nothing else to do than play jokes on people during this difficult time.
Get a life!!!!

Voice sounds like its recorded or something, said they were from AGL insurance, wanted me to provide the reference number for a check we apparently sent them, I thought it sounded weird and asked if someone could give them a call back, she then said there isn't a number to call back on. Fairly certain its a scam.

No message left, so I do not answer.
