Caller: Claimed to be Telstra/nbn service centre

Ringing about the speed of my internet service. Mentioned my name - - - scary that one.
Hanged up when I didn't seem responsive to their scam. How do that access legitimate Australian mobile and landline numbers. Rang the number back, no-one answered !!!!
