Caller indicated they were doing a survey on recent private health insurance price increases. Voice sounded real but almost automated. Survey questions appeared to be generated by AI with some delay between each. When I asked questions I received abnormal answers and the survey terminated. Wondering whether this was an AI voice copying exercise?

Caller: Ihealth I was suspicious it was scam because of the delay in answering so I hung up. Australian accent, said she was from ihealth.

I called the number back and was answered by a recorded voice said they were calling as part of some marketing campaign — asked for contact details so they could call me back, needless to say I didn’t leave a message!

Started asking me personal questions about my private health insurance. When I called then out on it and told them I wouldn't be sharing my personal information with them she hung up on me. Australian accent. Told me the name of the organisation she worked for (can't remember now) but didn't provide me any further details when I asked for more information about them. Gave me a spiel about Australians not knowing about what they were covered for and were paying too much for private health.

Often get calls from this number and when I returned the call it states "the number is not available" so presume spam
