    Yes what sort service is this . You can't even talk to a person at all . They just send u fines but there is no service to rectify problems or queries.

    I was 'Overseas'. gave them required documents from Department of Immigration. But they say as car is still in my name, I have to pay the fines or else go to court.

    I have no idea what you people are talking about... I called was on hold for 2mins and then spoke to someone straight away and sorted a payment plan out within 5mins.. sooo I'd say the customer service is quiet good :) trippers..

    You can actually speak to someone if you pick the option to find out the status of your fine (I think it's number 4). Then they ask you to put in the obligation number and you can speak to a real person! But it is really confusing!

    When was the sign put in corner Edithvale rd and Clydebank rd Edithvale No Right turn from 7 to 9 am 3 to 6pm. I didn't notice it and got fine yesterday for $176.00 just not nice people don't have money to eat sign should be on a big red board so you can see it.

    Yes i do have a comment , what kind of customer service even exists at the civic compliance, when you can't even get to speak with someone !!
