Caller: CSBA Said they were calling from CSBA and were asked by my local council to complete a survey. I spoke directly with my local council and they confirmed that they did hire this company. They hired an external company so that there was no conflict of interest. Bit disappointed that the council is giving out my contact information without my permission.
