Caller: NBN Scam

Recording of female voice stating the her name is Nicole from the national broadband network. Recording threatens that unless you connect to the NBN that the phoneline and internet will be disconnected. It then instructs you to press 1 to be connected to a technician. We received 7 of these calls yesterday (12/6/20) within 2 hrs between 3.32pm and 5.30pm. Each time we hung up. Today (13/6/20) at 11.44am we received another call as described above. This time I press 1 as instructed and a male voice answered. After he said hello I politely asked that they do not contact my phone number again. There was no reply and a few seconds later he hung up. Hopefully this will stop the calls (though I'm doubtful). Also each time they called it was from a different number, the first five digits were all the same (including the area code) with the area code of 03 (Victoria) but the last 5 digits were different.
