Refused to say who they were or where they were calling from then they hung up. Calls from numbers starting 039564----- appear to be from same scammer

Phone numbers starting with 039564- multiple scammer numbers (see Google search) . Indian woman asking to speak to home owner. Hung up when we asked who she was and where she was calling from.
