Caller: Unknown. Pretended to bBay Customer Service

Pretended to be eBay, confirming my (non existent) order for an iPhone for $399. An Asian gentleman, when I led him on he hung up on me. I see the number is that for a poor chap in Moorabbin Vic, obviously chosen at random. Is it my imagination but are these fake calls becoming a bit less frequent - we don’t seem to be getting quite so many. Maybe tapering off because Australia s are wise to them. Still cannot understand why Telstra can’t block them from using random Australian and mobile numbers😱
