I have fired off a frank and straightforward email to them stating I am on the register and they should cease and desist

He firstly called me with private number asked me to answer his Banking Industrial Survey by DBM Consultants. I said no and hang up. Then they called me couple time with this number and private number. I did not answer.

Yes, would be telemarketing call centre with automatic dialling. Machine dials next number on call list. When you answer, if there is a telemarketer free, you will be connected. If no telemarketers are free, ie. still talking to other people, your call is released and your number put back on the call list. You will be called again!
