Numerous calls, goes to my answering machine and then hangs up.

Caller: Dud charity

Constantly bombarded by these dud charity calls wanting my credit card number

I first talked to a female robot with Aussie accent asking for donation. I pretended to donate $100 (as if I really would!) then robot put me through to supervisor then I spoke to a human woman from overseas. Then I just wasted her time for 30 mins asking random questions with no intentions whatsoever of donating!

Caller: States from charity BUT doubt it

Sounds like an electronically controlled message - ie using preset sentences with an Australian woman's voice BUT if you ask some unusual questions then theres a set message of pretending they can't hear you & a hang up. Quite a clever set up really so likely to catch some people out. PLEASE doesn't give them your credit card details - if you want to donate to a charity - do it yourself online or in person

I run simple home PBX system that requires caller to press a key to verify them as human. This stops the numbnut junk callers from ringing through.

With no required key press from this number thus - likely to be junk caller as I have extreme minimal dealings with non WA area callers.

I didn't answer but my phone is getting hammered by spam callers so this looks like another one.
