Caller: Next Steps charity Was a charity call for Next Steps (against domestic violence). After donating I had second thoughts as they asked for my DOB, apparently for verification purposes. I looked the number up on this website after the call and was very concerned. However I checked with the bank and they are legitimate, the ABN on the debit matched up with the charity’s website. Possibly they collect for other charities also.
